Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the United States.

Orders typically ship within 2 business days. For pre-orders, items ship within 2 business days of the official release date.

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Delivery times depend on the method selected at checkout, please refer to this article. 

While we don't have standard international shipping set up, I would love to try working something out to get you my books! If you live outside the U.S. and are interested in purchasing directly from me, please contact me at cosmic@cosmicvoidling.com. Please note that international customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and customs fees.

Returns & Cancellations

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at cosmic@cosmicvoidling.com within 14 days of delivery.

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled.

Because we are a small shop, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that are delivered correctly and in good condition.

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location and contact your local carrier for assistance with missing deliveries.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are charged at the time of checkout. They will be shipped within 2 business days of the official release date listed on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

If you would like the in-stock items separately, please contact us. You will be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the second package.
